We have a large new home with pool in a half acre block in a quiet new estate 5 mins from Hunter expressway.  40 minutes from Newcastle beaches. 15 minutes to wineries and maitland. 3 outside dogs that don't need to be walked.  2 cats indoor outdoor and 3 egg producing chooks. Room to park a caravan in the back yard.  Great neighbours
