We are looking for a centered, responsible and reliable and honest good-hearted person or couple who loves cats. to care for our 3-story Modern Traditional Hillside Home in Eagle Rock/Highland Park area in Los Angeles & three loveable and adorablel cats from December 22-26.
The house is a spacious 2000 sq ft and it backs up to a canyon that runs between the neighborhood homes. We have multiple balconies where you can enjoy your breakfast or coffee in the morning with the cats. They love to be out on the balcony with us.
Perfect for writers, meditators, home-lovers who like lots of space to themselves and a natural setting. Lots of trees and birds singing throughout the day.
The master bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bathroom and large-screen wall-mounted TV with ROKU streaming channels and a pristine picture.
Great lounging available in the living room with a rock-n-roll theme and a turntable with Vinyl LP collection.
Open-concept living room, dining room, kitchen with an island, stainless steel appliances and cesarstone counters. Its a great kitchen to cook in: plenty of space, a great stove and a barbecue on the balcony.
The neighbors are friendly and many have lived there for decades. It's a charming niche of the city just 15 minutes from downtown L.A., 30 minutes from Hollywood but it feels like you're far removed from the city. Traffic is much lighter than Hollywood or the west side and everything you could want is within a mile or two.
Our kitties are our kids, so we are looking for an animal and cat lover who will give them love and kindness and consistency. They are very much people cats, so they will enjoy your company when you're at home. They don't like to be picked up but enjoy being petted and played with :). Autumn, our Bengal-Tabby mix, loves to be petted in her bed and Mila, our adorable black cat, loves to chase hair ties. Luna, who was our COVID kitten is now full grown but loves to play with anything. They are all healthy and easy and fun. They eat wet food with kibble a few times a day, so it's ok to leave for several hours or half a day, or ocassionally a full day, but they are fed throughout the day and we don't like to leave their bowls dry or their tummies empty for too long more than a half day whenever possible :)
If you're interested and fully vaccinated, please contact us and we can set up a Zoom meeting.
Thanks!
