SNOWBIRDS invite a responsible tenant (mature M/F Canadian couple preferred but Singles OK) from mid December 2022 until mid March 2023 for prime Niagara-on-the-Lake fully furnished modern BR en suite bungalow located on the shores of a small lake which will be frozen during the housesit period.
The town is proud of being known as The Prettiest Town in Canada. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Utilities, cutlery, crockery, bedding & towels included.
Also: flat screen cable TV, WIFI, DVD. Within walking distance to grocery & other other shops & many restaurants. Public transi service is limited so a car is essential for travel to local attractions (e.g. Niagara Falls) and entertainments. Toronto is a mere 90 minute minutes away. Suitable for someone on temporary assignment to Niagara.
References essential. We have NO PETS, and nor should you. We have children who do not live with us and nor should yours live with you.
