Housesitters needed in Coronado, CA for September 1 through September 10, 2023. No pet sitting is needed, our dogs are going with us.
Come enjoy the village atmosphere of Coronado. The home is a three bedroom two and a half bath house in Coronado with a large yard and two patios. Coronado is across the Coronado Bay Bridge from San Diego. Two blocks to San Diego Bay, ten blocks to the beach. This is a 1900 sq. ft. beach cottage built in 1941 and added on to in Please think “Family Home Beach Cottage”, not “Luxury Executive Home,” and photos are available on request.
Coronado has the famous Hotel Del Coronado, built in 1888, fabulous beaches, good restaurants, and is a very walkable/bikeable community. We have the reopened Village Movie Theater, Lamb's Playhouse Theater, a Boney’s Market in addition to Von’s and Smart & Final, the Ferry Landing restaurants and shops and a bike path that goes around the island.
There are many things to do in the San Diego area: San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, museums, outdoor activities, etc. Sprinklers are automatic, but we'd appreciate checking plants. A gardener comes weekly, and a house cleaning service comes every two weeks.
Broadband internet with both network and WiFi connections is provided. Roku TVs with HBO, etc. too. This is an unpaid assignment. Please let us know if you are available!
