Hello! I am looking for a house/pet sitter who can take care of my two cats. They need to be fed morning and evening, water refilled as needed, litter cleaned daily, and daily playtime. The house should also be cleaned/maintained as needed.
The condo is a one-bedroom + large bedroom loft with two full baths. It has three levels with the main bedroom and one bathroom located on the bottom floor. There is also a set of stairs to reach the front door. The second level is an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen all in one space. It is a cozy space perfect for 1 to 3 people. Amenities include wood fireplace, central heating, internet, TV (with a variety of streaming services), DVD, dishwasher, washer and dryer. This is bear country so the proper precautions must be taken with food and trash.
The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood. Shops, restaurants, golf courses, and the beach are a few minutes drive or a short walk. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, etc. You'll receive free access to Incline's private beach and Burnt Cedar outdoor pool, and resident rate access to the Incline Village golf courses, tennis center, and recreation center.
A reliable vehicle with snow tires, chains or AWD is necessary during the winter months (Nov - May).
