For those who love pets, I'm sorry there are no pets to look after, just a few plants to water once a week! The house is in a pleasant treed area in Upper Lynn Valley, 5 minutes from Lynn Valley Centre and close to Lynn Valley Canyon and trails. Transportation is frequent, a block away: the #228 bus goes down to Lonsdale Quay and the Seabus, the #210 goes down over the Second Narrows Bridge to Burrard Station, downtown Vancouver.
There are 3 bedrooms up and a tenanted suite down, computer, Wifi, TV and all mod cons., pleasant outlook and nice neighbours. One quiet tenant downstairs.
I'd prefer the opportunity to meet and show you around. I have used Housecarers before and sitters have been happy here.
